Sandy Delta 3 is now a wholly owned sub of RSL communications RSLCF. It is a VocalTec NextGen partner and uses and resells VocalTecs Gateways In its networks. It currently has 18 POPs around the Globe and 19 ITSps using its network.It will soon add another 29 with ITXC as the settler and router for its uncovered calls. It is the worlds largest internet telephony network at this time. Deutch Telkom will probably also join in this network in some form.
