Brian I know one of the requirements is the $1.00 share price. There are also financial strength requirements and a requirement that a company's board of directors must have independent members in addition to insiders and must have an audit committee (whatever that entails). They also have to have 1 million dollars worth of shares in public hands. Of coarse they also must be fully reporting (all financial reports filed with the SEC). I think it will be awhile before MINE will qualify for a NASDAQ listing. Dave
