They're building a bike obstacle course! And the police were watching! The officer told me it's up to PG&E to do something about it. The best the police could do was show up when I called. I told the officer that we are being harassed daily by the boys, and he apologetically said that for them to be there and even be noisy isn't anything they can do much about. While the officer was giving me an update before leaving, the three boys on their bikes circled on the street in front of our house and did wheelies and stuff.
