Bill: Actually I was not referring to you. As I recall, you qualified your statement with long term or something like that. However, even in the long term, market manipulators and shorters have driven many small companies out of business as you well know. It is certainly not uncommon for small companies to sell stock to survive and when the price is driven down .001 they can't raise sufficient capital to stay in business. Thus, the classic terminal short position where the shorts never have to cover because the company is out of business and the stock is worth zero. Gary
