Frankie, the 7th International Kimberlite Conference, held every four years, is scheduled as follows:

Conference Venue and Dates

7IKC will take place at the University of Cape Town, in Rondebosch, South Africa between the 13th and 17th of April 1998. Pre- and post-conference field trips will take place from the 6th to 12th, and from the 19th to 24th of April respectively.

Ashton's VP-Exploration Wayne Hillier will likely discuss pertinent ADP information, such as estimated kimberlite age, local geologic theories, pioneered exploration techniques, distinctness of the BHT, etc. in his presentation.

Boy Frank this must have been one of the slowest volume days for ACA in a long time. Your assessment of possibly two releases this month makes a lot of sense. Unless Mr H. intends to rehash existing material or reveal previously known but unpublished data, they won't have much new to offer the conference without some of the new pipes. K3 would be most interesting due to size and potential tonnage - great stuff for the meeting. Regards DJ
