Steve, I have been working with a local brokerage firm to sell some class 144 shares. The sell order was executed on Feb 27th, but my money has not cleared all the paperwork rigamarole of class 144 stock yet. I have signed everything they have asked me to sign, but when I call they act like my money has gone down a blackhole and they don't know how long it will take or what stage it is at. Is this normal for class 144? Do I have other recourse? I am starting to get mad and I want to call them and start applying heat and kick some ass. Should I just cool my jets or does something smell odd here.

Thanks,
bps
