Pat, to your knowledge, has Orckit ever licensed from Amati (now TI)? If not do you believe they are subject to a lawsuit if they deploy their technology or am I missing something?

By the way, did you read the ASND thread about the rumor of the ADSL win at GTE by Fujitsu/Orckit?

Any connection on these two items?
