Did anyone see that fellow on CNBC (black guy) that talked about Eliott Waves and how the market is nearing a top? Does anyone know his name and the firm he works for. I would like to reach him.

Thanks,

Rick

Hi Alan. There was nothing in the chart that could not be explained with the kind of news that has been surrounding SDTI lately.

I am sure some people on WS have known about this for a couple of weeks, particularly SDTI's Investment Bankers. These companies don't say a word unless they consult with their IBs, especially when they are in the middle of an acquisition.

I am usually very good at what I call MA (Manipulation Analysis) and saw the stock manipulated positively yesterday so I jumped on it. This was a classic pump & dump case. It happens all the time.
