Thanks for sharing that information Fred, I hope it turns out that way. Peter, if you have experience buying businesses you are probably in a better position to evaluate this deal than I am. However, I do know something about medical imaging - I'll see what I can find out about Elscint and I'll report it on this thread. As of now I still believe that if the deal goes through, $10 is almost a certainty and $13 would be dirt cheap.
