Dear Alan:

This is very bad stuff. Mad Bomber hit it on the head in his post #1033 when he suggested that the insiders (not the principal owners) dumped their stock b4 the earnings warning driving the stock down. Now b4 this "nebulous" but promising announcement they come back in and guess what the stock shoots back up on the heels of this announcement. I feel sorry for the poor jablokes that got shaken out by this move.

The lack of definition in this announcement hopefully has to do with non-disclosure agreement with the big person and/or perhaps Fujitsu. I am holding this stock for 2 years now and this is the worst screwing around with it I have seen. It appears they are trying to shake it out of weak hands and the attempt is not subtle.

With such a small float the MM's (the usual suspects) can wag this dog by the tail mightily.

Strange 2 days but I can't complain as I am long 5230 shares.

Regards,

JF Dowd
