Actually, it seems that over 70% of all the warrants were exercised. We are not too concerned with the remaining warrant holders. Should we not get a controlling interest in the company based on the Preferred and Common shares, we will revisit the warrant holder situation. It may have been a good move on the part of some of the IPO investors to have stripped the warrants off their shares prior to flipping the common stock.

As far as the "cert" call, I am ready for it since I already covered my short interest this morning. I can only hope that the squeeze drives up the price, considering my holdings. I will ride this roller coaster as many times as possible. As we speak, a holding company that has been created is trying to acquire a 3.5%-4.0% stake in FBN Associates at the present price levels. We are buyers up to the $30 tender offer or reaching the 4.0% level. However, the will be a great deal of downside pressure asserted against the stock once it crosses the $30 threshold. A concerted effort will be made to stabilize this company at the $30 target price.

We hope that the investors will understand that this is strictly business. Once the YR2000 scenario plays out we hope to use this shell to move forth with some intriguing and futuristic ventures. Before the arbitrage and MM slime appear on the scene it would be worth your while to get to the side on this stock and accept our offer.
