Wink, thanks for your clarification. So it seems the immediate potential gain is an increase of about .60 cents a share if the post merger price stayed at $3.00, and then potentially more if the stock is valued higher on the basis of FAMH's earnings. I guess I was mistaken in that I thought the merger was a done deal and we were just waiting for the date when it was scheduled to happen. If the merger does not happen, what will happen to FAMH's value. Will it probably drop, and is this the risk involved for investing now before the merger is a fait accompli. Once and if the merger occurs(again, any projections on a date?) how fast do you think the price of the stock will appreciate to the projected $8 to $10 range?
