Just checked my etrade book, and it says that SOME OTC stocks are tradeable. They don't specify which, though. They do require a price above $5, and it if falls below $3 then you get a margin call. I'll have to call them to see if DIGV qualifies. Otherwise, it's just a matter of time until it is listed on NASDAQ, then it will be marginable. How much is enough? Mmmm....I'll have to ask Bill Gates :-)
