I follow RGO too...just as good a buy as GOU.

My rule of thumb is that whenever the sector seems confusing,
always defer to the charts.

Charts can't lie.

action this year, the degree of descent has become more
and more shallow?

The Bulls are slowly, but surely, gaining control of GOU.
