Lets not forget that at least according to Readware (and I have heard no disputes), G* will have something like twice the call capacity of I*. So the upside is also that much greater. Re:, carriers. In addition to Gstrf, Lor I'm in only one. MCIC (as a play on getting Wcom at a bit of a discount. While the ULTIMATE price of landline phone calls may go pretty low, its not getting there overnight. And its only getting there by the likes of Wcom ripping the guts out of the RBOCS, sleeping foreign telecoms, etc. (Wcom is laying fiber rings down in downtown business centers in lots of European cities.) That ripping of entrenced telecom flesh will make the Wcom tiger grow ever bigger and stronger. 10 years or more to run for very outsized gains. Doug
