sorry, but you are not correct. The fuel cells are not dependant on atmospheric air as the diesels are.

Methinks it is pretty easy to carry along a little oxygen and nitrogen and making a little "air". Who needs those inert gasses anyway...Peter is quite correct. Maybe just oxygen would do.
