Stephen Temple brought this out on the FTEL board about two years ago. The real culprit in the entire thing was one Arnold Palmer and his staff of 27 lawyers who could have tied litigation up for investors for the next 100 years. Joe and his wife were the biggest investors themselves. A few disgruntled investors chose the easier route rather than pursue Arnold. Joe addressed that issue at the time.
