Thanks Bill still MACE , sold federal , may be a good deal

Armor Holdings (ABE) is very aggressive in the law enforcement and international government markets .

It appears Florida based ABE bought the non-consumer portion of MACE (MSI) , and will license the MACE brand name in that market :

MACE's COB Marvin Brown is a experienced acquisition expert as well as a former Wall Street underwriter .

He has been in the acquisition mode for over a year and I suspect the $6 mln already has a home .

Hi Bill , MACE up to 1 1/2 on "buy-side" volume

Their sale of Fed Labs to Armor Holdings is mutually beneficial and should already be in their stock price until the cash changes hands .

I have owned a number of MACE shares for mega years , most of which were comatose , so I suspect something is up .

Know you sold on the last pop up , but any new thoughts ?
