Gary,

The 1 bil + war chest will be used to build out the 40 markets projected by end 99 and to do some aquisitions most likely in the Data and LD reseller groups. I believe they have enough spectrum for the time being but one never knows. The former would play a big role in adding Rev's at much higher margins once they get them on their own network which gets them EBITDA positive quicker.
