data spikes suck big time last few days ..... i have already exhausted my bad word vocabulary a few Q's ---- is this a beta testing we r in ?? if yes . why are we charged to participate (not talking about exchanges fees ) if this is a beta testing then having the myrriad of problems is expected and i wouldn't complain a bit ..... long as i am not charged to participate .... a non beta paying customer has the rights to demand good service and to keep naq responsible for bad performance ---- if this program ever going to start working well how much are you going to start charging , and are you going to keep the price at this same level for the current guinea pigs ? (after all we desrve it we all lost money using this program, let alone frustration and lost time ) al

Data Spikes: I have no fewer than 8 charts damaged by out-of-range data today. Five yesterday. Very frustrating to use. Very disappointed to think we should get billed for it.

The programmers are currently working on filtering out the errant data spikes. We should have a fix very soon. Paul, Is it possible to have "Delete" features in RTT. Until you fix data feed problems, we would be able to delete spikes from our computers. It would be very useful even after you fix all problems on your side. On many stocks, esp. thinly traded, volumes of the most of the trades are below 5K, but once in a while Market Maker crosses the tape with a man-made spike of 200,000 or so, and most of the volume data just disappears from tick charts. Delete feature would allow us to remove this "smoke screen". TIA

Paul, HELPPPPP! I'm having problems getting RT to work after it blewup, ie GPF looking screen from the win3.1 days. Now when I start it, gives me the "welcome" then get the close ignore statement. Tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Even went into regedit and deleted anything to do with "rttrader" Thanks, JeffG
