Ridgeway Petroleum, signed agreement yesterday to build a conduit for helium/CO2 transport from fields to plant. Estimated worth of field is somewhere in the vicinity of 2-4 _Billion_. Market cap of RGY is roughly 75$ mil. Stock halted before open today. Remained halted throughout the day pending VSE request for clarification. Close 3$ yesterday. Large percentage of institutions & banks holding shares. Future stock price varies from 10$ to 120$. 52 week hi 7$. Last official short position 75k _dropped from over 200k early '98_. Just thought you'd like to know.
