I understand what you are saying, but this was not just a private negotiation.

1. Mr. Zwebner was affiliated with the company, and therefore would know the value
of his shares
2. He was only selling a small portion to raise capital.

3. The current market price was 1.90 at the time, offering .75cents or 39% of its
Value says something completely different, 1.50, 1.60, maybe, .75cents
something doesn't smell right. Just my opinion.
