Noblesse,
I think that it is important to point out to others on the thread that while we are concerned with the way this business is being managed, we do believe that the stock offers significant upside...I have had many calls over the last day or two from "locals" who are concerned that I may be a seller. I have explained that while I am not pleased with some of the actions(or maybe lack of action) of top management, I AM NOT A SELLER. I have actually recently added more stock. Just for your FYI Noblesse, your presence on the thread has become widely known in the local market. There are far more "lurkers" here than you might imagine. Even folks who I consider to be friends of TFS have indicated they are losing patience.
Did you notice that Eugene Lang, who had been listed in the 1997 proxy as a 6.1% holder(long 471,877 shares) was not listed as a "5%" holder in the current proxy? I had not noted a 13D filing, and went back through the corporate filings to double check. No filing. That's very interesting. Same thing happened with another large holder and friend of the company who became an expatriate about a year ago...Hmmm wonder why these people keep disappearing without any filings??? Bet you a quarter Lang was the seller at year-end. What do you make of this?
