I am going to ask few questions to the people on this thread that have been nothing but helpful here.I am sorry if the questions sound stupid but one of my teachers once told me there is no such thing as a stupid question. Also I am new to investing and I would like to invest with little money to start with.
I know now that there are talks about merger with Western Oil and Tire.my question is :why does Western Oil want to merge with CVIA and how does western benefit from the merger.I have been told in a response to one of my previous question that CVIA is a shell company and doesn't produce anything, so how are they going to bring value to Western Oil.Does CVIA have any real assets and how many employees do they have/I have seen the stock price not going over .03 in the last few weeks.Would the merger help it go above .1 and what could possibly be a price in 1-3 years for CVIA stock.I know the downside potential could be the stock going to zero and loosing my initial investment but does anyone think that a drop in either the short or long term below .012 is possible?
I appreciate your comments and your time spent answering my questions
after all I am just trying to learn
