Isn't it bad to have a conference call while the market is open, especially considering the stock is on the OTC? If it's good, MM's win, if it's bad, MM's still win. Just curious.

Kevin, I agree! She wasn't even listening to the conference call at the start...and said, "Oh, I guess I wasn't listening." This shows that she knows something good! Luckily, I bought more shares today.

We will discuss this tonight on mIRC..irc.dal.net #PWSP at 8PMET!

Yeah it was kind of a sly "I know something you don't know but you're
gonna love it" kind of tone in her voice.

Something else struck me as interesting... the Wexford guy said that
this was going to really improve Firamada's shareholder value and that
the ATXI shareholders were going to be able to come along for the
ride. Then I thought he said something like "This is really going to
be good for us ATXI shareholders" which makes me wonder if Wexford is
holding a position in ATXI as well. Maybe it's just me, but me almost
made it sound a couple of times as if the ATXI shareholders were
falling over themselves to see this merger come about... I could be
reading a lot into this but that was my impression. Am I totally off
my rocker?

I would imagine that on the FAMH side there is no need for a vote due
to the 75% insider ownership that definitely constitutes a majority.
I think on the ATXI side there may be enough large shareholders
behind the deal to pull off the same thing. Does anyone know for sure
how these things work?
