Joe, The fundamentals, with the exception of earnings are definitely in place. I think that it was significant that we bounced off $1 pretty well. Tehnically, we may have started to form a base. Looks like we have the beginnings of a trendline forming (draw a line from the low in February to yesterday's close). Also, it bounce off it's 50 MA. I'm really not much of a technician, I'm a fundamentalist, and I like the fundamentals on the stock, although technicals can be a big help when buying and selling. I'd say now is a good time to buy, both fundamentally and technically. Kevin
