Volpe is a most respected company -- one which has not been shy about the internet-related securities -- one which has carefully written their opinions and in the case of THNK -- in my opinion -- hedged its bets. In my opinion, THNK is on its way to a blow-out quarter -- we believe the upcoming report will effect not only Volpe's price target -- and cause a significant upward revision of same -- it will bring truth and light to Ron Bloom's words from CNBC of earlier today -- the industry THNK competes within is consolidating and THNK will be at the pinnacle of the pyramid -- sorry Ron for brutalizing your words but you are right -- THNK is going to take this market by storm -- we know that first hand -- our own project will be on the back-burner until they have time to handle it -- no problem we'll wait. THNK will be able to acquire additional working units both with internally generated cash flow and, without a doubt, the issuance of additional shares -- secondaries, in our opinion, like that of Volpe, that will not be dilutive to the shareholders -- imagine that -- the issuance of additional shares to the public -- and more than likely the price of the stock will rise not fall because management will use the proceeds to accelerate growth. This is exactly what we found in the last industry we invested in, the CLECs -- the money that was raised in secondaries and through PIK-preferreds far outweighed the dilutive nature of said financings -- growth was accelerated, costs were significantly amortized over a larger customer base and -- you know the rest -- returns of greater than 400% in less than one year. In our estimation, we have identified another company like ICIX, ICGX, like COLTY and ENGSY, like BFPT and TCGI, both of which were bought out and like METNF and ESPRY -- our latest foreign CLEC additions to our pool of capital. To those of you who bought and sold THNK -- congratulations -- nice trade -- in some ways I hope you have the chance to buy back in as we would certainly like to add to our position on dips as well -- to those of you who have made an investment in THNK and have done as we have -- made it a put-a-way -- this security and this industry are just getting started. How long will it be before other major analysts come on board -- it can't be long -- we'll be there, buying on dips and waiting for those who run THNK to execute their plan. Zimmer
