Darrell, Zacks rating on ORCTF in the last 3 to 4 weeks droped from 2 to 4, I guess in anticipation of worsening earnings and sales. Do you think today's jump is an overbought condition, since the scope of mass deployment is still unknown???

Dear Darrell: It would seem that if they already have a storng buy and the stock is still off its 52 week high that there really isn't enough investor awareness or there are those who are suspicious of the company's earning power. Let's hope their are more analysts who jump on it and the present one's issue a reiterate. On the other hand I believe the stock has been higher when the prospects were even less promising than now. Therfore, ORCTF may see 30 - it depends on the follow through as the general investing public catches up. Thank you for the research on the analyst firms. JF Dowd
