Common shareholders will in fact receive shares of Freedom as will preferred shareholders. Preferreds will also receive a dividend when it is announced.

No that is not what I said. I believe that only preferred shareholders will get the dividend. That is why the form had to be mailed out. Common Stockholders will receive free shares of companies that EUTRO brings public.
