Richard,

The merger with Miragen doesn't look good due to lack of financial backing ... and I indicated that things may be worse without a merger. The reason for this logic is due to the fact that InVitro lost money even in their BEST quarter and with Rich Ulmer temporarirly waiving his salary. With SO, SO many cutbacks and expense reductions and with InVitro still not making a profit, it is going to take ALOT to get ahead and move forward.

Now, you are correct, if the NON-ANIMAL testing movement sees success and industries start to adapt these new testing methods, we could see some big opportunities. But, we have been saying this for several years now. I hear it could be several more years before the ban in Europe is actually implemented ... so things do not look very promising at all. Investors of this stock need to be willing to lose every last penny. If this stock surprises us and there are HUGE turn-arounds with interest in what InVitro does, then the flip-side can be very rewarding.

I am trying to see this from all sides and avoid the appearance of hyping or slamming, but be logical ... but not as bad as spock.
