Thanks Dennis :-), appreciate the effort. I find another illusion of
business ethics in the stock market is shattered. Why does the SEC
bother with 144s?, they are essentially worthless. Either they should
require insiders to use form 144 to give some warning to other
shareholders or just eliminate them as redundant to form 4. All said
US markets still provide the most level playing field for the small investor, relative to the rest of the world.
