There are many explanations for statements, even those put out to the press. Paul Ebeling could have agreed to be fired in return for certain favors, for example. That's why an argument from authority alone, without any corroborating evidence, doesn't advance anything very far. In other words, it is possible -- I'm not saying true, but possible -- the board and Paul were on the same side in this matter. Therefore, none of this provides any objective evidence at all as to the prospects of the company or the effectiveness of the emsounder, which is all I'm interested in. M.M.
