Dear Norma,

Let me try to answer both of your recent posts to me.

First post. Yes, I got your meaning and you had already posted to this thread before that you knew who I was. Were you then trying to set your self apart from the others that did not know. If you thought it was so important then, why didn't you expose me then, as if it would have mattered to anyone. That certainly is not all of who "I" am and what "I" am about. I know that many people wondered who the heck I was when I started posting to Cindy Powell and later to Derek Allen. It was not important then, and it is not important now. It really seems to be only important to you and you know. This is a public thread and "I" speak as a public and private citizen as to what "I" think is going on with this thread and with NVID. If when all this is over I am in error, I will certainly be honest enough to admit it and apologize. Derek Allen may never admit his culpability but someone knows the truth for sure, HIM. When all this started it was so suspicious to me and being I lurked and did not post on any of these threads, I had read I feel like thousands of posts and had just never seen anything like that occur before. It set off a red light to me and knowing what I know about competition it looked like that was a part of it. Many others did too, but I felt strongly about what he did and publicly stated so.

I don't know whether the SEC investigates the motives of those that turn companies in or even asks. They assume their motives are to expose scam companies and may not be interested in what that person's other motives are or even ask that question. But, I would think the person has to sign the complaint for them to start working on it to validate a reason for investigating a company. I am sure they must find in their daily work that after investigating a company the accusations have no basis and stop any investigation. I have seen that in press releases before. Does anyone know? It has been interesting to read some of the SEC litigation reports that have been released. That is an area that is new to me.

It has been said before that "Life is just a game, it's how you play it that is the important thing". Bashing and not letting people have their opinions without being thrashed for them certainly is not a fair way to play. Some over on the other thread certainly have been exposed to it. That happens here constantly and as an example I made a typographical error last night and look at the quick response. Jumped on immediately, and that has been going on way long before I ever started posting to this thread, only with different names. I learned that I should not get in a hurry to respond and should take time to read my posts so that does not happen again. I had already posted several times that I felt that Bunte deserved to be found guilty so certainly someone understood that I had made an error. Due to time constraints, I let this happen and it is my fault.

The craft part: A display of anger again. My daughter has a craft business and she is trying to get ready to go on line with her webpage and is in the process of getting her designs scanned. She lives in a small city that does not have the kind of craft stores where I live. Shop for her almost every week to help her.

Email: There are many others on this thread that do not have email addresses that have at times posted regularly. SI gives you a choice to list a lot of information on your profile or not. It is my choice not to and have that right. It is alright for you to think that it is time that I did. I just don't agree with you.

Compassion: If that is your belief so be it. I am an investor in NVID waiting like all the other investors to hear. My "position" on that has not changed. Still have the same amount of shares I started with and waiting to see what happens. I may or may not have a choice in that matter. If they close down my shares are worthless, if not, will see what happens. Ken Moss stated that there were still people interested in this company, so they may not be people reading this thread or they would for sure know. Mr. Brotherson posted to one and that was good advice. Hope the person listened to him.

My regards,

nhaynes
