STEVE, JUST FOR CONVERSATION AS EVERYONE KNOWS 3.75 WAS THE CLOSING PRICE AND THAT TELLS IT BETTER THAN I COULD OR CAN..
the company will close on the merging of the franchisers by june 30
they will report a large loss and then it gets interesting<grin>
i believe we are seeing the bottom and i expect a move up to the five area in next few weeks..why?
well lets look at some ideas..none of which i guarantee,
under five and you cannot buy on margin
if you own it, then its margingalbe till about the 3.50 area depending on the house you deal with..so, its cash for folks buyign at this time.
well, i can't see anyone selling at a profit so selling should dry up.
short covering couls have a effect to the positive
the key is, they will announce a deal with the banks to make them
able to go foward with their bank committments in place.
the key is when we see five again.
now the banks are not going to turn on bost over a 100 million revolving loan..
also, they may have droped the sales numbers but diod they have any
decent move on containing costs.
main point is, they have so much to clear in theis conversion that the numbers scare everyone.well, back to lurking,
