Rick, I think your FMV of 11 based on a 50P/E (assuming that is the right number) is about right in a sane world. I would be very glad to get that valuation. However, this kind of stock, if it meets its financials, nasdaq listing, etc, would go the way of internet stocks hypervalued at crazy P/Es of 100 or more, IMHO. I don't think that is right, and I hope it doesn't happen. But I suspect it well might. Look at AOL, AMZN, LU, etc. I'm staying away from those because their valuations are way out of line, and I think they will face reality in the near future. And yet they keep going up. I'm not saying that DGIV deserves those valuations -- no stock does, IMHO, unless you look at future earnings through rose-colored glasses. And I also realize that DIGV is still a penny stock, and a long way from those other companies. But I'm afraid that DGIV, if/when it gets listed and gets the big guys on board, could join the hyper-valuation crowd. Not that I would mind, as far as short term returns, but I would rather see a more realistic rise, and hope that it stays at the 11 FMV level that you suggest.
