Mooter, I still stand by the fact that the calls to management were getting out of hand, and they are now trying in a backhanded way to reduce them. I think by reading between the lines of recent posts others might come to the same conclusion. It doesn't mean much anyway. On the other hand, I still feel that valuable information might be uncovered by electronic investigation. No harm done by snooping around N.I.
