Although the P's convert in October it is my understanding they can be converted at anytime after that. Not like a W upon which a time and dollar constraint is the consideration. In other word's the P's do not have to be cashed in. What would be the advantage of rescinding the P's then??

The Bob West closing WILL happen within the next 30 days or so,the problem from what I gather has to do with title search,land grant Mexican land and title grants are sometimes confusing they just want every thing clean and clear.At this time the majority( of Bob West) has been cleared of any claims they are just finishing up on that. Bottom line they will settle soon. The Machine is in fabrication as we speak,on line August/Sept. MATERIAL IS OR HAS BEEN PRESOLD. Presold materials means revenue is PRODUCED!!! News is in the pipeline and should be out no later than Tuesday. Regards Jeff
