Did he explain why he's scared to meet with TPP in court? Or why the judge found him in contempt?Or why does he think he will prevail when he lossed twice?

David Pickering: Well done! Thank you for the post. Re Trooper: Rene's observation is probably very accurate. The only way that trooper will succeed is to bury the hatchet with TT and get viable sites and business plans going and cooperate with TT. They have a great opportunity in that they have the licensing for 13/14 countries for which they got a sweetheart deal. For God's sake get off the pot; get shareholder pressure on the management of Trooper to start working on plants instead of a bitter interpersonal feud. This has just caused a lack of focus for both companies: creating more bad feelings, time and money wasted and developing creating uncertainty in the market. Both companies can succeed.
