Larry, the insider remuneration sure seems high compared to other grassroots enterprises. I wonder if institutional buyers take this kind of stuff into consideration when they invest in these little Co's? It may not make any difference to creative financiers as they don't stick around too long, but for somebody buying the stock based on management, it could have an impact. The scary part is; will the current BOD p*ss away any new financing in the same fashion?

I'm not here to defend Furlongs compensation vs his performance. From a corporate viewpoint though the compensations for fiscal 97 were determined when the market cap for the company was approx. $180,000,000 and they had cash in the bank. Based on the financials at that time the compensations were not necessarily that out of line. If they were paid the same salaries with the current market cap and cash flow that would be a different matter.
