You hit the key point when you said .... not including NVXE revenues. Tons of projects in the works, signed letters of intent and ongoing negotiations for additional production. No cash ... no product.

That is the real kicker here and Tim is very well aware of that you can bet. Would you merge with NVXE without opening the books and doing complete due diligence? No way (:o)
