Jack,

You have stated that Repap stock is worth $0.60 (I'll assume
$Canadian = $0.45 US). You have also stated that they could
earn $0.12 per share per quarter or $0.48 per year ($0.32 US).

On what do you base these estimates?

My analysis, based on valuation relative to competitors
(P/E, net margins, price/sales, price/capacity)is nowhere
near as optimistic. In fact if Repap were bought out at
a valuation similar to recent paper company buyouts, it
is currently fully priced. And the paper market is strong.

Please explain how you generate your numbers.

Thanks

Yo Yo
