I'm starting in on the City Council. My way in is thru Parks&Recreation, where a friendly person advised me of the idle status of a plan to turn the site into a park. I'm gonna prepare a proposal that the city sell its strips of land (situated between residential property and the PG&E right-of-way) to the four households. This'll make the job of fencing the PG&E portion more straightforward. I just got off the phone with one of our councilmembers who suggested this course of action. So I'll have handouts for this coming Tuesday, when i plan to present my request. Then council can run with it and have the city attorney do the nuts&bolts. I think the low point is past. The boys'll be there tonight, but momentum in City Hall favors Me Me Me.
