Rudedog,

I believe that if you are going from SI, if you will first remove the navigation, you will be able to read and copy the actual URL you want.

You *can* get the url from ie4 without having a 2nd browser open ...

1. Right-click anywhere on the message (this will give you a menu)
2. Select the last menu option - 'Properties'
3. Third thing down the properties box is headed address - select this as per normal (hold down left mouse button, float cursor over address to highlight it)
4. Press Ctrl-C to copy to the clipboard

Now you can paste it wherever you want by pressing Ctrl-V. And who said that GUIs make life simpler <G>
