regards question of technical indicator numbers, I generally used the ones that show up when I pull up the charts (for example, those at cbs.marketwatch.com). Do like to use a 13,20,89 days or weeks EMA on the XAU. Something I picked up from Deaner at The Prudent Trader. His URL is prudenttrader.com ..One can register for free for 30 days. Hopes this helps. Sorry, I misssed that part of the question before. (darn "text" only computer here at the library.) :))
