Does anyone know of any recent financing moves this co and its owner, PJTV, have made? There seem to be a lot of floorless convertible and other "death spiral" financing devices employed lately by the penny stocks with which I am familiar.

Any speculative stock such as this is prone to decline in price in the absence of news. We may win or lose with this stock, but either way it will be an interesting ride.
