Well I am looking over the balance sheets for AIA and LLL which share the same managment among them. They don't have a breakdown on who gets what but they have professional fees of $122,131 and $154,616 respectively. This is for the third quarter and LLL became a producer only very recently. I don't know what the breakdown for each persons salary is but if one were to multiply these numbers by 4 and proportion the respective salaries out then it is quite possible that the President of the company received a very high salary and it would be directly in line with what the salary of IPM's execs received.

I do agree that these high of salaries should not be paid until the share holders are rewarded with a working mine but then again I don't think people that play baseball should get Millions of dollars every year either. Le brought alot of credibility to IPM whether people agree with me or not. He was very much responsible for the fight against AZDOM, the ilk that stand gaurd over a bunch of rocks at the museum there. He was very much responsible for bringing alot of institutional investors into IPM. I feel he made his mistakes but IPM still remains the only dirt company that I am aware of with any institutional holding let alone well over 30% institutional holding. It is difficult to say what a person who can accomplish this is worth. Yes, as a share holder I don't like it but I commend him on his accomplishments under extremely difficult circumstances. Circumstances and battles that most jr Presidents don't have to deal with and for no other reason than the fact that he had the guts to tell the truth about what was on the property.

To my knowledge none of the other dirts have had to endure the ridicule that IPM has with the possible exception of Naxos who got delisted and fought that battle. All of these dirts deserve to succeed and couple of them will. To quote a long ago fellow that used to frequent this thread. "hmmmmmmm I wonder what the majors are doing right now?"
