j. w. kampfe,

here are the results of my research:
Last 3 quarters:

Date ......Planned...Sold
03/13/98 20,000 ?
02/27/98 50,000 ?
02/17/98 20,000 None
------------------------------------
Total: 90,000 ?

11/05/97 10,000 5,000
------------------------------------
Total: 10,000 5,000

08/25/97 18,906 28,906
08/21/97 20,000 None
------------------------------------
Total: 38,906 28,906

Filed 144 form does not necessary mean that those shares were actually sold.
Despite those sales during previous 2 quarters the earnings were OK. In addition to that I would say that any negative surprise is already factored in the stock price.

Please let me know if you can find how many shares Kennedy Gary P actually sold in March.
