It looks like the Henley Group webpage (http://www.thehenleygroup.com/index1.html) is under some serious construction. Their Manangement and Investor Relations menu are both empty. I think this is a recent change. Can anyone confirm? Also, the page STILL says they have OFFERED to purchase Magra, not that they HAVE purchased Magra. I am long on Henley, but do we really even know for sure the deal ever was completed? This is the 64% question? Jeff Brommer can you comment?

Ken --

The company with the current symbol AVTI is not the same as the old Advent Technologies. When Advent changed its name to NewReach, is became NRCI. That left the symbol AVTI available, and another company got that ticker symbol. (This isn't that uncommon. For example, the same thing that happened when Castle & Cooke, which used to have the ticker symbol CKE, changed its name to Dole Foods to reflect its well-known brand name. CKE became DOL, leaving the ticker symbol CKE available. CKE now is the symbol for Carmike Cinemas, which is a completely different company than either Dole or its later Castle & Cooke spinoff (which trades under CCS)).

I took a small long position in HNLY about a month ago based on momentum, not any fundamental research. As I started digging, I started to get increasingly skeptical, as my posts reflect.

As far as my post referring to "Michael" Swarzman, I guess I just typed in the wrong first name.
