Nathan,

I believe that it is somewhat factored in. However, as it has been stated on this thread in the past, the foreign sales have been heavily discounted by investors, only the U.S. sales have been focused on to any extent (except maybe in the good doctor's motherland). I think EPA approval will be a boost...but potentially a short term one unless followed by purchase orders.
