Thanks Max,

That article says essentially what my friend was telling me a month ago. Why does it seem more believable seeing it in Barrons?

I think RMDY's a good one to buy and forget about for awhile.

don't know anything about remedy, but it always amuses me how mag's find the biggest holders of the stock and no matter how much it tanks, they remain bullish, lol, just once i'd like to see one of them say, "geez, i really got side swiped here, everyone is chewing my ass on this one , can't wait til the company gets their shit together so i can get the hell out, i am averaging down here in hopes of breaking even sooner!"
slam on journalism, not the stock...

Remedy is a decent product. Here's a brief rundown on why.

The database is more flexible than other systems for trouble ticket tracking. They create templates for transactions which can produce actions such as paging service, mailing work requests, etc. The GUI is also more flexible, as it has multiple platform clients as well as a web and/or email ticket submission.

We have installed 3 production systems (500-2000 people per system) and are more satisfied with its ease of use than other products.

As far as marketing aproach goes, every time you sell to a company you need to purchase a second license and machine for development, as you cannot run more than one instance of the software on any machine.

It's not as flexible as SAP, but not much is.
